RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We can offer you either a refund or an exchange, provided the item is returned within 7 days from the date of purchase and the conditions below are met: 

 

To process the refund/exchange, kindly:

  • Provide us with your contact details;
  • Inform us as to whether you would like a return or an exchange.
  • We can only offer an exchange once, i.e. an item cannot be exhanged for something else and that item then exchanged for another item and so forth.

 

Refunds and exchanges are subject to:

  • The item being unworn, unmarked, unstained and unused;
  • The labelling being intact;
  • Any extra beads, stones, buttons, crystals, sequins, etc. provided with the item being returned in their original state;
  • The full proof of purchase being provided.


Please note that we attach a "Do not cut" label to every item, which should remain intact along with the tags attached to it around the item; we cannot accept returns if this label and the tags (around the item and label) have been removed or damaged to any extent.

 

We recommend any item sent back is

  • Via recorded / signed-for delivery;
  • Wrapped adequately to avoid damage to the item.

We cannot be held liable for the refund/exchange of any item which we have not received or received damaged due to the re-packing of the item.

 

Kindly note that you will be liable for the postage and packing of all returned items; we are not responsible for the Postage & Packing costs for item(s) sent back to us.

 

Kindly provide via email the following details of the parcel being sent out to us:

  • Shipper / Name of company item has been dispatched by
  • Tracking number
  • List/details of Item(s) being returned
